so i have partially committed myself to making an attempt at keeping a journal/blog on a daily basis. i have never been one to easily put my thoughts into words, so most of this will be mundane bullshit. that being said i am sick of losing the words of my youth, because there is crap going on up here, i just usually don't offer the most effective way of translating that to people haha!


that's really it for now, except that i am extremely exhausted from bustin my tail at work trying to come up with a wan data optimization plan i can pitch to my bosses...

we have branches all over the world, hundreds of them. some of the people (whose job it is to keep our network optimized, not belittling, they just get bogged down with everyday crap) just never consider the mass of data being pushed everywhere, on top of that the inefficiency of our applications to handle data flow, etc. basically giving our employees world wide half work days and losing valuable productivity. rambling now...
